On the contrary, they only serve to fuel tensions and lead to risk spillover, which will disrupt the global economic and financial order, and harm the legitimate rights and interests of other countries.    The spokesperson noted that the pressing task is to facilitate the de-escalation of the situation and return to dialogue and negotiation as soon as possible, adding that China will do everything necessary to firmly safeguard its rights and interests.        (By Gong Weiwei)                            。（图：视觉中国）本地又有26个零售商家加入气候友善家庭计划（Climate Friendly Households Programme），使加入计划的零售商增加到40个，他们在全岛拥有超过360家店面。至今已经有七成符合资格的家庭领取了气候优惠券（Climate Voucher）。永续发展与环境部高级政务部长许连碹通过社交网站Facebook宣布这个消息时说，加强版的气候友善家庭计划推出四个月以来，已经有七成、或大约73万4000户符合资格的家庭已经领取了气候优惠券。

B | 其中大约百分之25的家庭已经开始使用。在计划下，所有组屋住户可上网领取300元的气候优惠券，用来购买节能电器等用品。

C | 许连碹也表示，零售商网络扩大将为本地家庭提供更多选择，让他们在距离住家较近的地方使用气候优惠券。截至目前，国人最常使用气候优惠券购买的三种电器是：直流电风扇、洗衣机和冰箱。公众可以通过www.go.gov.sg/cv-spend查询距离他们住家最靠近的零售店面。气候优惠券的使用截止日期是2027年12月31日。
