九 | “每2.5吨废弃温海水进去，可产出1吨淡水，而且经过淡化的海水矿物质和杂质少。”马海龙介绍，下游企业用了它，既省了二次过滤的钱，又能保护核心设备。如今，申港公司海水淡化一期项目建成投产，二期项目已投入试运营，日产能达10万吨。在这里，海水价值有了“第二跳”。一头将淡化海水送到工业企业，一头将废弃浓海水输进蓝仓公司。

十 | 目前，蓝仓公司每日可利用申港公司7.5万吨废弃浓海水，提取6吨溴素，日产值超19万元。这样，从废弃浓海水中提取溴素，价值又实现跨越式“第三跳”。作为基础化工原料，溴素广泛应用于阻燃剂、医药中间体以及农用化学品等领域。“当前，我国每年需大量进口溴素，以满足工业发展的需要。”曹文强说，他们的产品还未正式销售，已有20多家经销商主动联系。眼下，蓝仓公司的二期项目正在加紧推动。建成投产后，海港经开区的海洋资源综合利用产业链含金量将越来越足。
